ECC’s Camp Use Acknowledgement & Agreement  

The East Carolina Council provides many different outdoor programs for Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Venturing Crews. Some programs and rentals are also available to other organizations who are interested in using one of our camp properties.

Outdoor Programs include summer resident camp at Camp Boddie, high adventure programs at the Pamlico Sea Base, Cub Scout Day Camps, Cub Scout Resident Camp, weekend camping, Philmont contingent, and many more.

Long Term Plan for Council Properties
The East Carolina Council is currently in the process of reviewing all Counicl properties as part of developing a long-range strategic plan to improve the quality of programs and services offered. Information has been collected from various surveys sent throughout the members of the East Carolina Council, online surveys, event evaluations and site visits of each property by members of the Strategic Plan Committee.

Below are the results and recommendations for each property based on the information collected from the sources mentioned above. The next step in this process for the Committee will be reviewing the recommended goals/objectives for each property and submitting a final proposal to the Executive Board.
