Newsletter

A newsletter is published by the East Carolina Council every other Tuesday and is distributed using Constant Contact.We encourage all Scout families to sign-up for the newsletter by clicking here.To best use the newsletter system sign up for the following mailing lists; General, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, or Venturing (which ever is appropriate), and select your district list.
