East Carolina Council Venturing Officers Association
The purpose of the East Carolina Council Venturing Officers Association shall be to provide a forum for the youth leadership of the councilâs Venturing Crews & Sea Scout Ships, to provide Venturing program support to the crews and ships of the council, to promote Venturing and its programs, to assist the district staffs upon request, and to provide a variety of program and leadership training events for the Venturing age youth of East Carolina Council.

The Association includes the VOA Cabinet (Council Venturing President, Vice President for Program, Vice President for Administration, Secretary, & Treasurer), and the VOA General Assembly. The General Assembly includes the duly elected Crew President or Ship Boatswain (or their designated representative) from each crew and ship in the council.
