Project Learning Tree, Educator Workshop PotashCorp ECO Lodge

Project Learning Tree is an award-winning environmental education program designed for teachers, Scout leaders, and other educators working with students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. This workshop is fun, hands-on, action-packed, and informational. PLT is for anyone interested in natural resources and environmental education. The workshop offers educators exciting new activities to use in teaching science, math, language arts, social studies, and environmental studies. Participants will receive a free PLT Activity Guide that is chock full of interdisciplinary instructional activities that use the forest as a “window” into natural and built environments.

Project WET, Educator Workshop PotashCorp ECO Lodge

This Project WET workshop is geared toward teachers, Scout leaders, and other youth leaders interested in teaching about water. This workshop is fun, hands-on, action-packed, and informational. WET is for anyone interested in natural resources and environmental education and is especially useful for public and private school teachers in grades K-8. The workshop offers educators exciting new activities to use in teaching science, math, language arts, social studies, and environmental studies. Each participant will receive a copy of the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide.
Animal Signs and Tracks

A variety of animals live near the Nature Trail at the PotashCorp ECO Lodge. In this program, take this opportunity to learn more about your backyard while exploring ours. We will use the tracking pit to identify animal tracks, and then learn to make molds! Each participant will have an opportunity to make molds to take home. Kids and families welcome!
