Camp Boddie

East Carolina Council’s 2012 Fall Cub Scout Conservation Camporee and Family Campout is an awesome way for Cub Scout families to spend a weekend together enjoying Camp Boddie at the East Carolina Scout Reservation. Advancement opportunities for all Cub Scouts from Tigers to Webelos will be available.  With the help from several local agencies, state agencies, federal agencies, and others including the NC Division of Marine Fisheries and Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Park; Cub Scouts and their families will be able to freely walk around camp and participate in programs they choose.  Exhibits will be open throughout camp for Cub Scouts to learn the value of all types of conservation.

Cost: $10 per youth grades 1 – 5
$5 per adult
$3 for non- Scouts under 18
Maximum Cost per Family: $30
Optional Meal Plan: $12 per attendee

Registration Deadline is October 5, 2012

Add $5.00 Late fee after this date.

Check-In begins at 3pm on Friday October 12 and will resume from 7am to 9am on Saturday October 13.

All participants (to include adults) are required to have a completed Annual Health and Medical form. Forms A & C should be completed. The form can be found on the council website “Publication” page under Scouting Safely. Forms A & C do not require a doctors examination or signature. Filling out ahead of time will save time on check in.

Refunds for sickness only--- An optional meal plan is available for Packs and families who do not wish to cook in their campsite.  Meals include Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and Sunday Breakfast.  The optional meal plan is added per attendee with no maximum cost.
